She has been essential in project management as well as in the creation of proposals, presentations, research, reports and training materials used. As well as, assisting many companies with business management and operation, maintaining accounts, and marketing for new clientele. She has also assisted with human relations issues, designed and created projects including letters, flyers, presentation materials, proposals, training materials, charts, reports, and resumes, maintain business communication with clients and potential clients, conduct Internet searches, typing, desktop publishing, customer service, project management, coaching, conduct training sessions, bookkeeping, and office organization.

Adrian Martinez is the Website Guru of ASAP Solutions and owner of Web World Wizardry. Adrian has a background in Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Testing, and Implementation. This makes him ideal for assisting you and/or your company in gaining a presence on the web. He is a driven professional and understands the importance of working within timelines and budgets. Adrian has years invested in education and the creative streak to soon become one of the premier web designers in the business.

A very large part of web design and development are in the tools used to create your website. Adrian uses tools that are on the cutting edge of the industry which allow for clients to keep up with the fast paced world of the internet and all of the new trends that arise. In addition, this helps with performing tasks in a highly efficient manner. This is a benefit to all involved because as we all know time is money!

Michelle is a Senior Executive Assistant with ASAP Solutions and has over 10years of experience in project management and employee supervision. Desktop publishing of private, public, state and federal government proposals, graphic design projects for letterhead, business cards, flyers and magazine ads, advertising materials, presentation and training materials, charts, reports, and resumes. Managing client databases including sending of bulk emails and managing company web sites. Mystery shopping including full, detailed reports on experiences with employees and products. Maintain business communication with clients and potential clients, conduct Internet searches, typing, desktop publishing, customer service, project management, conduct training sessions, and office organization. Bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fund control for large construction projects.

In her position as Senior Executive Assistant at various companies, Michelle has implemented training policies and procedures, created corresponding training manuals, and trained her piers as well as higher management in organizational proceedings that each company adopted.
